This easy cherry parfait recipe is a fun way to jazz up your breakfast routine.
Our tasty combo of cherry purée and dark chocolate muesli is so delicious it's worth jumping out of bed for.
The deep red colour of cherries is due to their high concentration of anthocyanins.
Blitz 50g (1.7 oz) of yogurt with pitted cherries and acai powder in a blender.

Then, combine the oats with flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds, nut butter and chocolate chunks in a bowl.
For each parfait, put a layer of chocolate muesli in the base of a glass. Spoon over the yogurt and then cover with the cherry purée.
Repeat the layering one more time and sprinkle the top with muesli.
