In a saucepan, simmer ​one-third of the water, with sliced ginger, honey, and thyme for 5 minutes. Then, remove from the heat and leave the infusion to steep and cool down for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine the lemon juice with almond extract and the remaining water. Then, pour the prepared ginger tea filtering it with a strainer.

Step 3

Leave the lemonade to infuse for at least two hours or refrigerate it overnight for a deeper flavour.
