About this recipe

In this recipe we will make a simple variation of the "kebab shop" Turkish chilli sauce. We use the main ingredients found in the classic recipe, with a few healthy variations and without the unnatural preservatives. STEP 1

Start by crushing the garlic and finely chopping the onion and the chillies. Then mix the vinegar with the sugar in a small cup. Pour the sauce straight in a food processor, or in a bowl if using a hand-mixer.

STEP 2

Next, quickly stir-fry all the chillies and half of the shallot and garlic cloves in the extra virgin olive oil. This infused oil will enhance the sauce flavour.
