Add tofu cubes to the lemon mix and leave them to marinate for 20 minutes, turning them a few times.
In a bowl, whisk the flour with water into a smooth batter. In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs with garlic powder and salt.
Dip each tofu bite in the batter and then roll it in the breadcrumbs until it's evenly coated.
Bake the tofu bites for 20 minutes at 220°C (425°F) and drizzle them with lemon juice before serving.
