In a bowl, combine ground flaxseeds with water, stir well, and leave to soak for 10 minutes.
Combine the prepared flaxseeds with flour, salt, oil, and mustard. Work the ingredients into a smooth dough kneading it for 5 minutes.
Roll out the dough in between two sheets of parchment paper as thinly as possible.

Bake for 60-70 minutes at 160°C (320°F) until the top is firm and lightly browned. Cool down on a wire rack before breaking the slab into crackers.
