Sprinkle the cracker slab with mustard seeds, pressing them down, and then use a knife to cut out the outline of the crackers, both vertically and horizontally, into rectangular shapes.
Bake for 60-70 minutes at 160°C (320°F) until the top is firm and lightly browned. Cool down on a wire rack before breaking the slab into crackers.
