Steep the tea bags in 450ml (15 fl oz) of hot water for 5 minutes and add stir in the maple.

Transfer the tea to a jug and pour 450ml (15 fl oz) of cold water.
Filter the passion fruit flesh through a sieve to extract the juice and separate the seeds.
Add the fruit juice to the cold tea, give it a good stir, and serve with ice cubes.
