How to make Quinoa Avocado Salad with Grapes

Rinse the quinoa thoroughly and simmer it in water for 15 minutes. Then, drain excess water and set aside.

In a small bowl, mix black pepper, cumin, paprika, and turmeric with apple cider vinegar and extra virgin olive oil.

Next, halve the grapes and slice the avocado.

Step 3

Prepare each salad bowl with fresh spinach, cooked quinoa, avocado and grapes. To finish, sprinkle with mixed seeds and pour the turmeric dressing.
