Add the banana mash to a bowl with the remaining ingredients. Work all into a compact and sticky dough.

Step 3

Transfer the puffed rice mixture into a tin lined with baking paper. Flatten and compact the mixture pressing down with the back of a spoon.

Step 4

Refrigerate the puffed rice slab for 20 minutes and then slice it into bars.
