These homemade crackers pack all the goodness of wholegrain spelt, chia and pumpkin seeds.
Easy to make and super crunchy, they're perfect for dipping and snacking.
Combine spelt flour, semolina, salt, and half of the seeds in a bowl.

Next, add water, and oil.
Work the ingredients for 5 minutes into a smooth and elastic dough.
Now, thinly roll out the dough, brush it with water, and sprinkle it with the remaining seeds. Then, cut the dough into rectangles.
Prick the crackers with a fork and bake them for 50 minutes at 160 °C (320 °F).
Transfer the baked crackers onto a wire rack and leave them to cool down completely and harden.
