how to make
Sesame Puffed Rice Bars with Apricot and Prunes
Cook the tahini, maple syrup, orange extract and baobab powder in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until you get a smooth paste. Take a mixing bowl and add in the puffed rice, half of the sesame seeds, all the other seeds, the dried apricots, the prunes, and the tahini paste. Stir the ingredients until the rice is sticky and well coated. Move the mix to a baking tray and press down firmly and evenly. Press in the remaining sesame seeds and bake for 10 minutes at 190°C (374°F) or 170°C (338°F) for fan ovens. Get It! When cooked, remove from the oven and place in the fridge for 10 minutes. Then slice the tablet into bars or squares.
