Sugar Free Banana and Date Flapjacks
Blend half of the oats until finely ground and then mix them with the remaining oat flakes, chopped hazelnuts and walnuts, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, cinnamon, and baobab powder. Blitz the dates into a paste, mash the bananas and add them to the oat mix. Then, pour warm milk and vanilla extract and mix well. Knead until the dough comes together. Transfer the flapjack dough into a square tray lined with baking paper flattening it down with a spatula. Get It! Bake at 180°C (355°F) for 25 minutes.
