STEP 1

Blend half of the oats until finely ground and then mix them with the remaining oat flakes, chopped hazelnuts and walnuts, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, cinnamon, and baobab powder.

STEP 2

Blitz the dates into a paste, mash the bananas and add them to the oat mix. Then, pour warm milk and vanilla extract and mix well. Knead until the dough comes together.

STEP 3

Transfer the flapjack dough into a square tray lined with baking paper flattening it down with a spatula.

STEP 4

Bake at 180°C (355°F) for 25 minutes. Allow to cool down on a wire rack and then cut the flapjack into squares or bars. Enjoy!
