In a bowl, add flour, baking powder, a pinch of salt, "flax egg", nuts, raisins, cashew butter, maple, and milk. Whisk the ingredients into a smooth cake batter.
Transfer the batter into a loaf tin and garnish with apple slices.
Bake the loaf for 50 minutes at 180°C (355°F) and leave it to cool down completely before slicing.
