In a bowl, mix the flour with starch, baking powder, baking soda, and matcha.

Then, incorporate the yogurt, milk, maple, oil, and mix well into a smooth batter.
Pour the batter into muffin cases or a greased muffin tray, filling them to the top. Then, garnish with raspberries.
Bake the muffins for 25 min at 200°C (390°F) and leave them to cool down onto a wire rack before serving.
