Step 1

Blitz the bananas in a food processor or mash them with a fork.

Step 2

Next, mix the banana mash with oats, peanut butter, cranberries, and pumpkin seeds into a sticky dough.

Step 3

Now, portion the dough over a baking tray using a spoon. Then, flatten the cookies with your fingertips and, if you like, press down a banana chip in the centre.

Step 4

Finally, bake the cookies for 18 minutes at 160°C (320°F) and leave them to cool down and crisp up over a wire rack.
